Weekly consultations during construction - We want you to be up to speed at all times on how your home is progressing. At least once a week during the process we will meet with you or talk to you by phone to discuss the flow of work that is taking place. We are also available at any time to discuss any questions you may have. This is your home and we want you in the loop. |

Pre closing walk-thru/punch list - A week or so before we close and you move in, we will walk thru your home with you and you can point out little things that you’ve noticed and that we may have missed. We will do our best to satisfy any of your concerns before you move in. |

30-day punch list - After you have been in the house for a few weeks, you’ve had a chance to test everything and to discover some paint scratches from the move, etc. that need to be “fixed.” We will meet with you after 30 days and go over these items and try to resolve them in a timely fashion. |

One year Builder’s Warranty - As a member of the Springfield Area Home Builder Association (SAHBA) we build to the Quality Builder Standards which includes a one year warranty on all materials and labor. We want you to write down any items you find over the course of that first year and at about the 11-month mark, we will meet with you and address all of your issues. Once again, this is your home and we want you to be happy and satisfied with it. |
