Levi Home Construction, Inc. is a locally owned company.  The owners, Doug Cycholl and Phil Chiles have years of experience building and remodeling homes. They joined forces in 1998 and have been building together since.  In 2004 they incorporated as Levi Home Construction.  Levi prides itself on dealing honestly with their customers.  According to Doug, “If there is ever going to be a ‘sticker shock,’ we want it to be the first time we give a bid, not at the closing table.” 

Levi is a member of the Springfield Area Home Builders Association, the Illinois Home Builder Association and the National Association of Home Builders.  All Levi homes are built according the Quality Builder Standards and Levi also has a Five Star Plan that insures each customer will have the personal attention they need.  Levi Home Construction’s motto says it all: Quality homes – Satisfied Customers.
